Telmark was founded in the year 2005; we are a company with solid experience in the Contact Center area and BPO in Argentina. Tealmark is a company formed by 100% Argentine capital, and the partners are actively involved in the business management.

We are recognized for the top quality, flexibility and efficiency of our Contact Center and BPO services. These recognitions have led Local and International companies trust their customers to Telmark in the various stages of its lifecycle, Cx care, acquisition, retention, winback campaigns and sales.

Telmark today employs over 400 people at its sites, entirely located in Buenos Aires. Important investments have been made to ensure that our sites have the latest technology and are ready to meet local and overseas customer’s requirements. Additionally, the working environment at the sites is focused towards good productivity and employees comfort.
