Telmark has 3 operating locations with 1000 workstations that can accommodate Contact Center and BPO operations 24x7 without interruptions. Our main services are: Contact Center, Call Center and BPO.

In Contact and Call Center we specialize in the following services: customer service call (0-800 numbers or others), Technical Support, Help Desk, Phone Collections, Sales, Customer loyalty and Satisfaction surveys.
In the BPO services we highlight: Order Processing, Database Enhancement, Data Entry, Handling  of 3rd party e-mails and response of  traditional letters (paper).
